More than two lakh students to appear for CET
Mumbai, May 4: As many as 2,06,648 candidates will appear for the Common Entrance Exam for Health Science, Pharmacy and Engineering degree on May 8 in Maharashtra. In Mumbai, 31,456 candidates will appear for the exam in 71 centres. According to preferences of courses, the students will appear for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics papers and will vie for 3,785 seats available in 58 colleges for the
Health Science course, 56,881 seats in 174 colleges for Engineering and 6,935 seats in 118 colleges for Pharmacy in the State.
Merit list will be prepared after the declaration of results on June 14. Students will be admitted to various courses on the basis of their marks after they fill up preference forms.
